VFW Post 8337 - Liberty Grove, Wisconsin salutes the
Door Chapter of the TITAN Motorcycle Club for organizing what we hope
will be an annual "Fall Color Ride." Our first "Veteran's Fall Color
Ride" September 29 raised $965. All proceeds will be used to fund
VFW student scholarships for Gibraltar High School graduates and the
cash awards given students who take part in the annual VFW Voice of Democracy
and Patriot Pen' contests. Following are pictures taken during the ride,
and some of the students and veterans who join VFW Post 8337 and VFW
Post 9290 in a salute to the TITAN Motorcycle Club! |

You'll most often see Veterans on Memorial Day, marching
in parades, supporting fund raisers at
Festivals and honoring fallen comrades at funerals, but in fact veterans
are on-duty 24/7 and 365 days a year. Joint-operations include VFW, American Legion, AMVET,
Marine Corp League, and a host of veteran organization from across the
country. All veterans are encouraged to join the veteran organization of
their choice and take an active role in the future of their community
and country. Al Qaida has
vowed to strike our homeland. The call has gone out for our veterans to
once again come to the aid and defense of our country.
